1. Shipping costs
The minimum order value is 25 EUR – below this, it is neither economically nor ecologically sensible to pack goods and send a package.
Packaging and shipping flat rate within Germany:
- 3.90 EUR per order (order value up to 49 EUR)
- free from 49 EUR
Packaging and shipping flat rate within the EU:
- 8.90 EUR per order
Other countries – upon request
If delivery is to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer, not to the provider, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities there.The customer is advised to inquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.

General notes on shipping costs:
The current shipping rates for weight-based shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and displayed before purchase. All prices are inclusive of the applicable value-added tax.
2. Delivery & Delivery Times
We ship our packages daily from 2:00 PM. This means that orders received and paid for by 2:00 PM are usually shipped on the same day.
Delivery time specifications generally apply to deliveries within Germany.
The respective delivery time is visible in the shopping cart before completing the order.
The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days (DE), or approximately 4-6 business days (EU).
If you order multiple items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment.
Information on calculating the latest delivery date:
The delivery period begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution, or with other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends with the expiration of the last day of the period.If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday officially recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Delivery addresses
An alternative delivery address can also be specified during the ordering process if the shipment is to be sent to an address other than the billing address.
Shipping service providers
We ship all packages with DHL. Unfortunately, choosing a different courier service is not possible at the moment. DHL will attempt delivery up to two times; if you are not available for both attempts, the package will be held at the nearest post office for 7 working days for pickup. After that, the package will be returned to us – in such cases, we reserve the right to charge you the additional costs incurred for a subsequent delivery.
Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent via email. This email will contain the DHL tracking number. Here you can go directly to the DHL shipment tracking.
Transport Damage or Loss
For consumers: The transport risk is borne by KoKue UG. In the event that ordered goods arrive damaged due to transport, the orderer should promptly file a complaint with the delivery company and contact the sender, which is us, KoKue UG. Failing to file a complaint will have no consequences for the orderer's statutory rights and their enforcement, particularly warranty rights. Such a process helps us, KoKue UG, to assert claims against the carrier – namely DHL – or the transport insurance.
