Our CRUNCHY GARLIC Chili Crisp takes maximum crunch and the full flavor of golden-brown roasted garlic to the next level. Inspired by Chinese chili crisp, but with a clear focus on garlic: boldly spicy, slightly sweet, extremely aromatic—and completely mild.

There’s a printing error on our label. Crunchy Garlic has 0 out of 3 chili peppers. So this Chili Crisp is absolutely beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone who wants crunch, garlic, and umami above all—not heat.

Fried garlic meets mild chili, onion, sesame oil, and soy sauce—and voilà, the crunchy wonder is ready. The chili deliberately plays only a supporting role here: it rounds out the flavor without being too spicy. As always with us: no artificial additives, lovingly made and bottled.

The slightly nutty sunflower oil carries all the flavors and keeps the crispy bits crunchy for extra-long. Please give it a quick stir before using—and then? Just spoon it over everything: rice, pasta, bowls, salads, pizza, meat, vegetables, or tofu. It even works on buttered bread or popcorn.
