For everyone who loves scallions—but not just the green parts: Our Magic Scallion Umami Paste is a high-quality seasoning paste containing 56% scallions, sunflower oil, chili, onions, sesame seeds and sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, and yeast extract. Every spoonful is a treat—with no artificial additives!

The flavor: The fresh, slightly spicy depth of flavor from the scallions meets a well-rounded seasoning profile (sesame + garlic + chili) and a hearty umami base from soy sauce and yeast extract. The sunflower oil base ensures the paste remains spreadable—but not oily and runny like a chili crisp topping, rather more “jam-like”: thick, flavorful, and rich.

Serving ideas:
On toasted bread with avocado—instead of butter.
