1. shipping costs
The minimum order amount is 25 EUR – unfortunately, for orders below that amount, it makes no economic or ecological sense to package the goods and ship a package.
Packaging and shipping flat rate within Germany:
- 3.90 EUR per order (for orders up to 49 EUR)
- Free shipping on orders of 49 EUR or more
Flat-rate packaging and shipping fee within the EU:
- €8.90 per order
Other countries – upon request
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before placing the order.

General Information regarding Shipping Costs:
The current shipping prices for shipping costs by weight are determined during the order process and shown before the purchase. All prices include the applicable value added tax.
2. delivery & delivery times
We ship our parcels daily from 14:00. This means that orders received and paid for before 2 p.m. are usually dispatched on the same day.
Delivery times are generally valid for deliveries within Germany.
The respective delivery time is shown in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days (Germany) or approximately 4–6 business days (EU).
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.
Information on the calculation of the latest delivery date:
The period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank in the case of payment in advance or on the day after conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Delivery addresses
An alternative delivery address can also be specified during the ordering process if you wish to ship to an address other than the billing address.
Shipping service provider
We ship all shipments with DHL. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to choose another parcel service. DHL will make up to two delivery attempts, if you are not present at both attempts, the parcel will be available for collection at the nearest post office for 7 working days. After that, the parcel will be returned to us - in such cases, we reserve the right to charge you the additional costs incurred for a new delivery.
Shipment tracking
As soon as the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. This e-mail contains the DHL tracking number. Click here to go directly to DHL shipment tracking.
Transport damage or loss
The following applies to consumers: KoKue UG assumes the transport risk. In the event that ordered goods arrive damaged in transit, the customer should complain to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact the shipper, i.e. us, KoKue UG. Failure to make a complaint has no consequences for the customer's legal claims and their enforcement, in particular warranty rights. However, such a process helps us, KoKue UG, to assert the claims against the carrier - i.e. DHL - or the transport insurance.
