Our CRUNCHY GARLIC Chili Crisp takes maximum crunch and the full flavor of golden-brown roasted garlic to the next level. Inspired by Chinese chili crisp, but with a clear garlic focus: pure umami, slightly sweet, extremely aromatic—and not spicy.

Fried garlic meets mild chili, onion, sesame oil, and soy sauce—and voilà, the crunchy wonder is ready. The chili deliberately plays only a supporting role here: it rounds out the flavor without burning. As always with us: no added MSG or other artificial additives, lovingly made and bottled in small batches.

The slightly nutty sunflower oil carries all the flavors and keeps the crispy bits crunchy for extra-long. Please give it a quick stir before using—and then? Just spoon it over everything: rice, pasta, bowls, salads, pizza, meat, vegetables, or tofu. It even works on buttered bread or popcorn.
